On June 23, 2026, Anthropic began a beta rollout of Claude Tag, a new feature that embeds Claude as a permanent teammate inside Slack channels, available to Enterprise and Team plans. Users can delegate tasks simply by tagging @Claude within a channel, and Claude works asynchronously and autonomously while remembering conversational context.
