Capy has released Capy v2, a cloud coding agent that the company says outscores Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cognition’s Devin, and Cursor on the DeepSWE software-engineering benchmark while running at about 50% lower cost. The update centers on spawning Recursive Language Model (RLM) agents in high-spec cloud VMs—up to 32 vCPU and 128GB of RAM each—with boot times under one second.
