Google has unveiled a feature in which the Gemini app, granted access to a user's Gmail and Calendar, reads flight information and automatically builds a custom jet lag sleep schedule that it adds to Calendar. According to the company's announcement, Gemini extracts the flight itinerary from Gmail, generates a schedule of sleep, light exposure and activity based on the destination's time zone, and writes it into Calendar with reminders. The result is a self-contained "jet lag-proof schedule" handled entirely within the app.
