Meta Platforms announced on June 10, 2026 that it will lease a 168-megawatt AI-enabled data center in Jamnagar, Gujarat — its first such facility in India — through a partnership with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). Reliance will build the facility and Meta will lease it, with delivery expected within two years and options to expand.
