CodeRabbit has raised $143 million in a Series C round at a $1.5 billion valuation, as investors back tools designed to verify the growing volume of software produced by AI coding agents. The company also introduced Agentic Change Management, a platform for validating, prioritizing, explaining and monitoring changes created by humans and agents.
