Netris, which provides network automation infrastructure for AI/GPU-focused cloud operators (neoclouds), announced a $15 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) around June 25, 2026. The funds will go toward team expansion, global rollout, and strengthening its partner ecosystem. The round was led by a16z's Guido Appenzeller, who joins the Netris board. Martin Casado and Raghu Raghuram, who built SDN at Nicira/VMware, are also involved. Founded in 2018, Netris originally set out to bring hyperscaler-grade network automation to smaller operators, but grew rapidly as demand for AI infrastructure surged, according to reports.
